SPL roundup: Wins for Kilmarnock, Dundee United

Sports Mole rounds up all the action from Saturday afternoon's games in the Scottish Premier League.

There were wins for Kilmarnock and Dundee United in the Scottish Premier League this afternoon, while St Mirren and Aberdeen drew.

Kilmarnock took an early lead against the already-relegated Dundee when Rory McKenzie found the net with a third-minute strike from the edge of the area.

Ryan Conroy got the home side back on level terms later in the first half, but Chris Johnston and Sammy Clingan added to the score board after the break to seal victory for the visitors.

Dundee United game from behind to seal a win over Inverness Caledonian Thistle with an injury-time winner.

Aaron Doran gave the home side the lead at half time thanks to a long-range effort in the 41st minute, but Ryan Dow got the visiting side back on level terms early in the second half, tapping in from a Jon Daly delivery.

Willo Flood fired the ball in towards Gary Mackay-Steven in the 91st minute, giving the striker an easy finish from close range.

There were no goals in the clash between St Mirren and Aberdeen at St Mirren Park.

Isaac Osbourne tested home keeper Craig Samson, while Jamie Langfield had to save a late effort from Paul Dummett.

Results in full: Dundee 2-3 Kilmarnock, Inverness Caledonian Thistle 1-2 Dundee United, St Mirren 0-0 Aberdeen.
