Kilmarnock took an early lead against the already-relegated Dundee when Rory McKenzie found the net with a third-minute strike from the edge of the area.
Ryan Conroy got the home side back on level terms later in the first half, but Chris Johnston and Sammy Clingan added to the score board after the break to seal victory for the visitors.
