Lazio make four changes to the side that suffered a shock 1-0 loss to Ludogorets Razgrad for their Serie A match against Sassuolo.

Lazio make four changes to the side that suffered a shock 1-0 loss to Ludogorets Razgrad in the Europa League on Thursday, with Antonio Candreva, Stefano Mauri, Cristian Ledesma and Alvaro Gonzalez all coming into the team against Sassuolo tonight.

Miroslav Klose starts up front for the hosts, having not scored since a 1-0 win over Inter Milan at the beginning of January.

Meanwhile, Sassuolo partner Simone Zaza and Sergio Floccari in attack, leaving Domenico Berardi on the bench.

The visitors have lost their last five league games and are currently bottom of Serie A.
