In front of a packed Elland Road crowd, Leeds United are looking to maintain their recent strong form, although so far they have been unable to break down Barnsley's defence.

Brian McDermott's men have tried to get marksman Ross McCormack involved in play, but so far it has been a frustrating afternoon, with both sides failing to create any clear-cut chances.

Barnsley's Bobby Hassell charged towards the Leeds penalty area on the brink of half time in what looked like a promising move for the visitors, only to see his pass to Marcus Tudgay overrun and the referee to blow for the interval.
