Leeds United director David Haigh invests seven figures for transfers?

Haigh makes Leeds investment?

Leeds United managing director David Haigh has reportedly put a seven-figure sum into the Championship outfit.

Haigh, who joined the board in December last year prior to the takeover of GFH Capital, is said to be keen on using the cash injection for January transfers.

The funds have come from Haigh's company Sport Capital, according to BBC Radio Leeds.

Leeds currently sit sixth in the Championship table.
