Brian McDermott has reportedly agreed a deal to become the next manager of Leeds United.
The 52-year-old was sacked as boss of Reading last month following a three-year spell at the Premier League club.
Leeds have been searching for someone to take charge of the side since Neil Warnock's departure on April 1.
McDermott is now expected to be installed as manager at Elland Road before the weekend, according to The Sun.
Leeds are currently five points above of the relegation zone in the Championship table.
