Queens Park Rangers playmaker Eberechi Eze will reportedly cost in excess of £20m during the summer transfer window.
Eze has enjoyed an outstanding campaign in the Championship, contributing 14 goals and eight assists from his 46 starts.
However, with less than a year remaining on his contract, there is an acceptance that the 22-year-old will be sold in the coming months.
Leeds United, West Ham United and Crystal Palace are all said to be considering a bid ahead of the start of next season's Premier League.
According to The Sun, any interested club will have to offer in the region of £20m for QPR to entertain a sale at this point of the year.
In theory, that may lead to a stand off in negotiations, with teams aware that QPR will not risk losing their star man on a free transfer next June.
