Leeds United are open to selling Everton loanee Jack Harrison on a permanent deal at the end of the season, according to a report.

Leeds United have reportedly made it clear that they would be willing to let Jack Harrison leave on a permanent basis at the end of the season.

The winger is currently on loan at Everton, where he has been a regular starter under Sean Dyche on the right-hand side of midfield.

After missing the start of the season, Harrison has since been an ever-present with the Toffees, starting in 22 consecutive matches across all competitions.

Leeds' relegation from the Premier League last season saw them lose a large number of players on loan, with Harrison departing alongside the likes of Luis Sinisterra, Marc Roca, Brendan Aaronson and Rasmus Kristensen.

Sinisterra has already completed a permanent move to Bournemouth since, and transfer journalist Pete O'Rourke claims that Harrison could be the next to do so.

O'Rourke states that Leeds will be happy to let Harrison go even if they win promotion back to the top flight at the first attempt, with Wilfried Gnonto, Crysencio Summerville and Daniel James already in their ranks, providing good quality on the flanks that has aided their promotion push.

Gnonto was a player that was heavily linked with Everton during the summer months, but the club were priced out of a move, given that they are currently under tight restrictions as to what they can spend.

Low fees and loan transfers were the club's only options, and they have taken advantage of that with Harrison becoming a regular in the side.

Harrison himself has expressed his delight with how things have gone since making the switch to Goodison Park, stating he is happy at the club at present.

Following the 2-2 draw against Tottenham Hotspur just over a week ago, Harrison said: "The group has welcomed me fantastically and I couldn't have asked for anymore. It's been great to be part of it and I'm really happy."

However, similarly to Gnonto, Everton may be priced out of a permanent move for Harrison, with his release clause set at £20m, with no option-to-buy in his loan deal.

That could see Everton face competition from other clubs for Harrison's signature, with the report stating that Aston Villa are also showing interest in the player, especially if they do not make Nicolo Zaniolo's loan move permanent.

Harrison is set to be in the Everton starting lineup once more when they welcome Crystal Palace to Goodison Park in a relegation six-pointer on Monday.
