Leeds United have reportedly identified Valencia forward Rodrigo Moreno as a potential transfer target.
Earlier this week, reports emerged that Valencia have put all but one of their players up for sale, a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic and failing to secure European football for the upcoming campaign.
According to the Daily Mail, the developing situation has led to Leeds expressing an interest in Rodrigo, who spent 2010-11 on loan at Bolton Wanderers.
Despite earning promotion to the Premier League last season, only Patrick Bamford reached double figures for Leeds in the goalscoring charts.
Meanwhile, Rodrigo contributed eight goals and nine assists for the Spanish giants in all competitions, which included a winning strike against Chelsea in the Champions League.
Given their respective ambitions, there is a willingness from all parties to successfully negotiate a deal.
