Wolverhampton Wanderers have reportedly joined the growing list of Premier League clubs interested in Middlesbrough midfielder Marcus Tavernier.
The 21-year-old has started all 22 of Boro's Championship matches this term, scoring twice and assisting a further three goals.
TEAMtalk claims that Tavernier's form has not gone unnoticed and a quartet of top-flight clubs could make a move this month.
Wolves are said to be joined in the race for the England Under-20s international by Leicester City, Leeds United and Everton.
However, the same report suggests that Tavernier is in no rush to leave the Riverside Stadium and will not force a move before the January window closes, leaving the decision down to Boro should a bid be forthcoming.
