Preview: Legia Warsaw vs. Celtic

Sports Mole looks ahead to the first leg of the Champions League third-round qualifier between Legia Warsaw and Celtic.

Celtic travel to Poland on Wednesday evening to face Legia Warsaw for the first leg of their Champions League third-round qualifier.

Ronny Deila's men will progress to the group stages of the competition if they can overcome last season's Polish champions.

The Hoops booked their place in this tie after a comfortable victory over KR Reykjavik in the last round, while Legia beat St Patrick's Athletic 6-1 on aggregate.

Legia boss Henning Berg could shuffle his pack from that victory, with former Southampton striker Marek Saganowski in line to start in attack.

Deila could be tempted to select the same XI that saw off Reykjavik 4-0 last week. New signing Jo Inge Berget is in line to start, though, after completing his loan move from Cardiff City.

Celtic skipper Scott Brown will miss the match with a hamstring injury, while James Forrest is also unavailable.
