Kasper Schmeichel wants Chelsea to do Leicester City a favour

Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel says that he wants Chelsea to do the club a favour by beating Tottenham Hotspur tonight.

Leicester City goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel has claimed that everyone at the club wants Chelsea to help them win the Premier League title by beating Tottenham Hotspur tonight.

The Foxes missed out on taking home the crown on Sunday when they were held to a 1-1 draw by Manchester United at Old Trafford.

They will, however, become champions for the first time in the club's history if Chelsea defeat or draw with Spurs in tonight's match at Stamford Bridge.

"I don't care how we win it - as long as we win it," the London Evening Standard quotes Schmeichel as saying. "Tottenham are a good team but they are up against a very good team in Chelsea.

"We hope Chelsea win or get a draw. However it comes, as long as it comes. It's not over. Spurs are quite capable of going to Stamford Bridge and getting the win."

Marc Albrighton has revealed that he and his teammates will watch tonight's game together.
