Report: Guus Hiddink not interested in Leicester City role

Former Netherlands boss Guus Hiddink is not interested in joining Leicester City as manager or in an advisory role, according to a report.

Guus Hiddink is reportedly not interested in joining Leicester City as a manager or advisor.

The 68-year-old has been linked with the manager's job at the King Power Stadium, which is vacant following the sacking of Nigel Pearson last week.

Leicester's owners were reportedly hopeful of bringing the Dutchman to the East Midlands either as coach or as an advisor to a younger manager.

However, Hiddink is not interested in any offer from Leicester, according to Voetbal International.

Hiddink is out of work after leaving his post as Netherlands coach a fortnight ago.
