Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Leicester City could line up against Newcastle United in the Premier League.

Leicester City are expected to have Jonny Evans available for selection against Newcastle United as the centre-back continues to battle through a foot problem to aid his side's top-four hopes.

Evans aggravated the issue during the 1-1 draw with Southampton last time out but should be available to take to the field for Friday's Premier League clash with the Magpies.

Leicester will still be without both James Justin and Harvey Barnes due to long-term knee injuries, though, and Wes Morgan is also unlikely to be available as he struggles with a lower back problem.

Head coach Brendan Rodgers is expected to resist the temptation to shuffle his pack following the draw with Southampton on April 30.

There could be a change at wing-back, though, with Ricardo Pereira potentially coming in for Luke Thomas, which would see Timothy Castagne switch sides.

There are not expected to be any surprises elsewhere, with James Maddison again acting as the link between the midfield and front two of Jamie Vardy and Kelechi Iheanacho.

Youri Tielemans and Wilfred Ndidi will again feature in the middle of the park, while Wesley Fofana is available despite being withdrawn at the interval of the draw with Southampton.

Leicester possible starting lineup: Schmeichel; Fofana, Evans, Soyuncu; Pereira, Ndidi, Tielemans, Castagne; Maddison; Iheanacho, Vardy
