Leicester City manager Sven Goran-Eriksson has denied reports that the club are in talks with Los Angeles Galaxy midfielder David Beckham.
The 36-year-old England international, who spent the 2009 and 2010 MLS off-seasons on loan at AC Milan, has now been linked with a loan move to the King Power stadium.
However, the former Manchester City boss has denied making any approach for the player.
"If he wants to come, he is welcome, but I don't know where that has come from," Eriksson told reporters.
"I have not spoken to him recently and it is nothing we have been working on now."
Beckham served as England captain under Eriksson during the Swede's five-year spell in charge of the national side.
