Left-back Paul Konchesky has signed a new 18-month contract with Leicester City.
The 32-year-old's previous agreement was due to expire at the end of this season, but he will now remain at the Foxes until the end of 2014-15.
"I've said for some time that Leicester is where I want to play my football so I'm really pleased that we've been able to agree a deal that works for me and for the club," Konchesky, who has made 117 appearances for the East Midlands side, told the club's official website.
"I've really enjoyed playing here over the last three seasons and I'd love to make sure the next one is in the Premier League.
"As a squad we're determined to make the most of the good position we've got ourselves in, so it's important we kick on now."
Leicester won their seventh consecutive league game earlier today by coming past Middlesbrough 2-0 at home, going eight points clear at the top of the Championship in the process.
