Leicester City manager Claude Puel hints that Danny Simpson and Andy King could both be allowed to leave the King Power Stadium on Friday.

Manager Claude Puel has suggested that Leicester City could help some of their fringe players find "other projects".

Danny Simpson has spent the last four years with the Foxes and Andy King has been contracted to the East Midlands outfit since 2007, but neither player has featured this season and could leave the club on Friday.

Puel refused to specifically comment on either of the duo's futures, but the Frenchman acknowledged that there could be departures before the end of the transfer window.

The 56-year-old is quoted by the Leicester Mercury as saying: "I don't want to talk about just some players. There is a possibility that some players could find another project and I want to respect my players, knowing their fantastic feeling with Leicester.

"We have to respect this and them, and to help them find a good project to help them continue, with a good feeling and good quality in their career."

Puel currently has more than 25 players in his first-team squad, which is the limit imposed by the Premier League.
