Leyton Orient midfielder Lloyd James has claimed that the strong team spirit in the camp has finally returned under Ian Hendon.
The O's have made a perfect start to their League Two season by winning their opening three games.
Despite being eliminated from the League Cup by MK Dons last week, James is still delighted by what he has seen to date this term.
"We've got a good squad and the lads that came in against MK Dons did a fantastic job," the former Wales Under-21s international is quoted as saying by the East London Advertiser.
"I thought we outplayed them. I have said it before and I'll say it again, it's not about me, it is about the team and the squad. We have got a great squad here.
"I feel like we have got a good team spirit and it has come from everyone. That is the main thing we have got going at the moment. We are organised as well and it is good, I'm enjoying coming in."
Top-of-the-table Orient travel to Newport County this weekend looking to maintain their winning league start.
