Joe Cole has praised the work of his coach Rudi Garcia and his teammates following the impressive start to his Lille career.
Cole is on a season-long loan to the reigning French champions from Liverpool and speculation has been rife suggesting that the Englishman could stay on a permanent deal.
The attacking midfielder has chosen to ignore the media talk and focus on the positive relationship with Garcia and his fellow teammates.
"It's brilliant," said the former Chelsea man.
"My teammates are really good players and really strong technically.
"Here it is different from what I've always been asked to do before. It takes time to adjust, but it has opened my eyes to the future."
Cole joined Lille in the summer after struggling at Anfield.
