The FA confirm that they will review allegations that Luis Suarez made an offensive gesture to Fulham fans.

The Football Association have confirmed that they are to look into claims that Luis Suarez made an offensive gesture to Fulham fans.

The Uruguayan has been pictured raising his middle finger to fans during the Reds' 1-0 defeat at Fulham yesterday evening.

Suarez has already been charged by the FA over alleged racist abuse of Manchester United's Patrice Evra.

Liverpool boss Kenny Dalglish refused to comment on the issue after the game.
