Jordan Henderson feels that Liverpool have been unlucky not to get more results this season.

Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has insisted that his side need to start getting results to match their performances.

Henderson was one of the scorers as the Reds thrashed Chelsea 4-1 at Anfield on Tuesday. The win was only the club's sixth victory at home in the Premier League this season, with draws being the common outcome.

21-year-old Henderson believes that Liverpool haven't been playing badly but simply haven't been getting the results.

He said: "I think we have played quite well throughout the season at times and just haven't got the results at times.

"We just need to put the results right and keep playing the way we know we can because we've got some brilliant players here."

Liverpool travel to Swansea City in their final game of the season.
