Joe Allen says that he is "confident" that he can find his form again following a personal lull at Liverpool.

Liverpool midfielder Joe Allen has insisted that he will work hard to improve his form at the Premier League club.

The Wales international, who moved to Merseyside from Swansea City in the summer, became a fan favourite upon his arrival but has since experienced difficulty remaining consistent.

"In recent times I think it goes without saying [my form] has been slightly disappointing, to be honest, but I am faithful and confident that I will turn things around on a personal level," Allen told the club's official website.

Meanwhile, Allen and his teammates are preparing to take on Arsenal in the Premier League tomorrow.
