Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp believes that there is "no one better" than Mohamed Salah in world football following his standout performance against Watford.
The Egyptian attacker firstly produced a sublime outside-of-the-foot pass for Sadio Mane's opener at Vicarage Road before another bit of individual brilliance saw him net his side's fourth goal on the day.
The replica of his strike against Manchester City saw Salah score for the eighth game in a row across all competitions, and Klopp does not think that Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo can rival the 29-year-old at the top of the pile.
Speaking to BT Sport after the win, Klopp said: "Come on, who is better than him at the moment? There is nobody better - that is clear. His performance was massive today.
"The pass for the first goal was great and the second goal was special. He is top. We all see it. Who is better than him? We don't have to talk about what Messi and Ronaldo have done for world football and their dominance. But right now, he is the best."
Salah already boasts 10 goals and four assists from 10 games in all competitions this term as Liverpool prepare for battle with Atletico Madrid in the Champions League on Tuesday.
