Roma, Juventus eye Luis Suarez

Liverpool forward Luis Suarez has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Italian duo Roma and Juventus.

The 25-year-old forward has scored 16 goals in 45 appearances for Liverpool this season, but he was banned for eight games earlier in the campaign after allegedly racially abusing Manchester United defender Patrice Evra.

Suarez is understood to be aware of the interest, according to Corriere Dello Sport, with the Italian pair said to be lining up a £25m bid.

Suarez joined Liverpool from Ajax in January 2011.
