Raphael Guerreiro 'chooses Borussia Dortmund ahead of Liverpool'

Lorient full-back Raphael Guerreiro reportedly agrees personal terms with Borussia Dortmund having chosen the German outfit ahead of Liverpool.

Lorient full-back Raphael Guerreiro has reportedly agreed personal terms with Borussia Dortmund ahead of a potential move this summer.

The 22-year-old is thought to be in high demand across Europe, with Lorient vice-president Alex Hayes confirming last week that four clubs had made offers for the left-back.

Liverpool and Dortmund were the two clubs named by Hayes, with the Reds understood to be keen to sign the Portugal international as competition for Alberto Moreno.

However, German paper Sport 1 claims that Guerreiro has instead decided on a move to the Westfalenstadion, with just a transfer fee to be agreed between the two clubs now.

Dortmund could land the highly-rated full-back for €10m (£7.8m), although the likes of Arsenal, Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona have also previously been credited with an interest in the player.
