Mateo Kovacic has reportedly agreed personal terms with Liverpool as he closes on a move to the Merseyside club.
The Croatian international has regularly been linked with a switch to the Reds in recent months as Brendan Rodgers considers possible replacements for Steven Gerrard.
Vecernji List claims that the 21-year-old has already sealed personal terms with the Premier League outfit and is confident that they will conclude the transfer with Inter Milan in the coming weeks.
It is thought that Liverpool are willing to pay whatever it takes to lure Kovacic to Anfield, having already signed James Milner from Manchester City this week.
Inter are reportedly holding out for around £20m for the midfielder, believing that Kovacic is worth at least as much as defender Dejan Lovren.
