England midfielder Adam Lallana has insisted that he is fully focused on this summer's World Cup despite speculation over his future at Southampton.
The 26-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Liverpool after helping the Saints to an eighth-place finish in the Premier League table last season.
However, Lallana claims that he is not thinking about his potential departure from St Mary's Stadium ahead of the World Cup in Brazil.
"Whether my future gets sorted before or after the World Cup makes no difference to me," he is quoted as saying by BBC Sport. "I am just fully focused on doing well for England and performing as well as I can."
Lallana scored 10 goals in 42 games for Southampton last season.
