Liverpool are supposedly considering a summer move for Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo, whose contract at Craven Cottage expires at the conclusion of the season.

Liverpool are reportedly interested in the signing of Fulham defender Tosin Adarabioyo during the summer transfer window.

The 26-year-old has entered the final six months of his contract at Craven Cottage and is free to discuss terms with foreign clubs as the season approaches its end.

Adarabioyo spent a large part of the opening stages of the season on the treatment table but has since returned to action, playing 10 times in the Premier League this term.

Since joining the Cottagers in October 2020, the centre-back has featured 122 times for Marco Silva's men, scoring four goals over a three-year period.

According to The Mirror, Adarabioyo has attracted the attentions of Premier League clubs ahead of his current terms expiring in the summer.

The report claims that Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool are keen on the defender, who could help the Reds rebuild their backline for the 2024-25 campaign.

It is understood that Adarabioyo impressed the Merseyside club in their meeting with the Cottagers on January 24, even though a 1-1 draw at Craven Cottage meant that the visitors sealed their spot in the final of the EFL Cup next month.

The Reds are targeting incomings at centre-back during the summer transfer window, with veteran defender Joel Matip set to depart at the conclusion of the term.

Ibrahima Konate has been the first-choice option to partner Virgil van Dijk in the heart of Klopp's backline in 2023-24, however 21-year-old Jarell Quansah has also been handed ample opportunity in the first team due to injuries.

The six-time European champions are not alone in their fondness of Adarabioyo, who has reportedly caught the eye of Serie A giants AC Milan.

Also looking to bolster their rearguard, Stefano Pioli's men have made contact with the centre-back and his representatives over a summer switch.

Milan have suffered badly from injuries to key defenders this term, with Fikayo Tomori, Malick Thiaw and Pierre Kalulu all currently restricted to watching briefs.

After helping his side to a first Premier League clean sheet since December 10 against Everton on Tuesday night, Adarabioyo and his fellow Cottagers will do battle with relegation-threatened Burnley at Turf Moor on Saturday afternoon.
