Liverpool have reportedly been monitoring Anderlecht youngster Jeremy Doku, with the Merseyside club keen to sign the forward in the summer of 2021.
The 17-year-old has scored three goals and provided four assists in the Jupiler Pro League this campaign, catching the attention of Jurgen Klopp.
According to Belgian newspaper Het Nieuwsblad, Doku plans to stay with Anderlecht until the end of next season - and the Reds are the frontrunners to sign the player once he departs.
The current Premier League leaders are reportedly hoping that the Belgian will become Sadio Mane's successor, with rumours circulating the 27-year-old's future at the club.
Liverpool currently sit 25 points clear at the top of the Premier League table after Manchester City were defeated 2-0 by rivals Manchester United at the weekend.
