Serbian midfielder Marko Grujic has confirmed that he will officially join Liverpool on Monday.
Red Star Belgrade agreed a £5m deal with Jurgen Klopp's side for the 19-year-old in December pending a work permit being granted and completion of a medical.
In a post on his official Facebook page on Saturday that has since been deleted, Grujic confirmed: "On Monday 4 January [I] will become a new player of Liverpool."
Under the terms of the deal, the Reds will immediately loan back Grujic to the SuperLiga leaders for the rest of the season.
Grujic has scored five times in 21 appearances this season for Red Star, who are 25 points clear at the top of the table.
