Napoli target Daniel Agger swoop?

Liverpool defender Daniel Agger is reportedly a transfer target of Napoli, who are managed by former Reds boss Rafael Benitez.

Napoli are reportedly interested in signing Liverpool defender Daniel Agger.

The Danish international has been linked with a move away from Anfield this summer after losing his place in the team.

According to Football Italia, Agger is keen to link up with his former manager Rafael Benitez in Italy, with Napoli reportedly on the verge of selling defender Federico Fernandez to Swansea City.

Agger joined Liverpool in January 2006 and has won the FA Cup and the League Cup with the Reds.
