Since his arrival from Ashdod in the summer of 2012, Nigerian international Ambrose has become one of Celtic's key players.
His form this season has alerted a handful of teams, including Liverpool, Swansea City and Sunderland, according to The Scotsman.
Ambrose got his name on the scoresheet as Celtic defeated Dundee United 6-2 on Saturday afternoon.
