Queens Park Rangers have offered a season-long loan deal to Joe Cole.
The Liverpool midfielder has also had interest from former club West Ham United, who are looking to make a return to the top flight.
Cole moved to Anfield from Chelsea last year on a free transfer but has made a limited number of appearances during his time on Merseyside.
