Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina welcomes the possible arrival of Sunderland's Simon Mignolet.

Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina has revealed that he is "very comfortable and very happy" at the club despite constant speculation surrounding his future.

The Spaniard, who has been linked with a move to Barcelona, has also welcomed the possible arrival of Simon Mignolet from Sunderland.

"It has not changed a bit. I have said it many times, I'm very comfortable and very happy at Liverpool," Reina told reporters a press conference during the Confederations Cup.

"Every team needs competitors, and when it's positive it is more than welcome. If it is finally done, I'll welcome him a lot, and anything he needs, I'm here."

It has been reported that Reina would be second choice at the club should Mignolet arrive.
