Steven Caulker could reportedly make a return to Tottenham Hotspur this summer.
The centre-back departed White Hart Lane last year for Cardiff City in a deal worth £9m.
However, following Cardiff's relegation to the Championship, it is believed that the Bluebirds' one-time England international will be sold to ease some of the club's debts.
Cardiff have still not paid Spurs in full for the defender, so the North Londoners could re-sign the 22-year-old to save the Welsh outfit from parting with any more money, according to The Mirror.
Liverpool are also thought to be interested in Caulker, who represented Great Britain at the 2012 London Olympics.
