Juventus were believed to be interested in signing the 24-year-old, proposing to use Reds targets Eljero Elia or Milos Krasic as bait in any potential deal.
However, Rodgers has told his new employers not to bother negotiating any sale as he is an integral part of his plans.
Suarez arrived on Merseyside for £24m from Ajax in 2011.
