Liverpool midfielder Conor Coady has moved to Sheffield United on a six-month loan deal.
The 20-year-old made two appearances for Liverpool's senior side last season, and Blades boss David Weir believes that Coady will become "an asset" at Bramall Lane.
The 43-year-old told the club's official website: "I've been aware of Conor's talents for a long time through his development with Liverpool and England, and he is a great prospect.
"He will add competition for places in the midfield and will be an asset for us."
Coady captained the England Under-20 team at this summer's World Cup.
