Liverpool have announced that Daniel Sturridge has joined West Bromwich Albion on loan.
The England international has been linked to numerous clubs including Newcastle United and Sevilla in recent weeks, but the Baggies have won the chase.
Via their official website, Liverpool confirmed that the 28-year-old will play for Alan Pardew's side for the remainder of the season.
Sturridge has spent five years at the Merseyside outfit, but in recent seasons has struggled for game time and is not favoured in Jurgen Klopp's lineup.
In fact, the striker has started just five games in the 2017-18 campaign so far, scoring three times in 14 outings in all competitions.
During his time at Anfield, Sturridge has scored 63 goals in 122 appearances, and 48 of them were netted in the Premier League.
