Liverpool striker Daniel Sturridge has reportedly emerged as a transfer target for Valencia.
Sturridge has struggled for first-team minutes with the Merseyside giants this season, making just five starts and nine substitute appearances in all competitions.
Real Betis have recently been linked with a move for the England international and according to the Daily Mail, they face competition from another team in La Liga.
Valencia are said to be keen on strengthening their forward line as they look to maintain their push for a top-four finish in the league standings, with Los Che currently sitting five points behind leaders Barcelona.
Liverpool are unlikely to be willing to sell Sturridge midway through the campaign, but Valencia are allegedly prepared to offer a loan fee for his services.
