Paris Saint-Germain and Brazil star Neymar has talked up the talents of Mohamed Salah, claiming that the forward can make a big impact at next year's World Cup with Egypt.
Salah is currently enjoying the form of his life with Liverpool, becoming the first Reds player since Ian Rush to hit 20 goals pre-Christmas with his strike at Bournemouth last weekend.
The former Roma man is targeting success with club and country over the next seven months, and Neymar believes that he is one to keep an eye on in Russia.
Speaking to Globo, the world's most expensive player said: "The most well-known contenders [to win the World Cup] are the usual favourites. In addition to Brazil, there is Germany, Spain, France and Argentina.
"These contenders are highlights in any tournament in which they participate, right? I think surprisingly, Belgium have a great team, and Salah is, well... a great player and can make a difference in the World Cup."
Egypt are in Group A for next summer's quadrennial tournament, along with Saudi Arabia, Uruguay and hosts Russia.
