Luton Town boss John Still has revealed that the club is weighing up a move for striker Craig Mackail-Smith.
The 31-year-old has been training with the League Two side after being released by Brighton & Hove Albion.
Mackail-Smith also scored for the Hatters during their recent friendly against Boreham Wood.
"He's getting fitter, and we need to get him a bit fitter, and as we go along we'll be talking and we'll see where it leads," Still told the club's official website.
"He's looking at what he thinks his next move will be. He felt this was the right place to come while he decided the best thing to do.
"We'll wait and see. This is a two-way street. We would like to work with him if we can make something happen but at the moment we're comfortable with it."
Mackail-Smith has scored one goal in seven games for the Scotland national team.
