The 19-year-old made his debut for the Terriers in a 3-0 win over Reading last season, before being loaned out to Kidderminster, where he made a further three appearances.
He will be coached at the National League club by former Huddersfield favourite Sam Sodje, who is assistant manager at Moss Rose.
Macclesfield begin their campaign with a trip to Torquay on Saturday.
