Gregorio Manzano is confident that his players can beat Getafe on Saturday.

Mallorca coach Gregorio Manzano has insisted that his side can take a big step towards La Liga survival by beating Getafe on Saturday.

Manzano said that his players must approach the game correctly and not think about the current poor run of form.

"If we do things right, we will win, I'm convinced of that," AS quotes Manzano as saying. "The players know that focusing on poor form is not the way to get out of a run.

"Approaching the game right is the way forward. If we are strong in the midfield and solid at the back, we have a good chance tomorrow.

"Of course we have to also try to do hurt the Getafe defence as much as possible because you need to score goals to win."

Mallorca are currently 19th in La Liga, six points behind 17th-placed Real Zaragoza.
