Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has vowed to 'fight until the end' following their defeat in the first leg of the Champions League last-16 tie with Barcelona this evening.
Two-goal Luis Suarez inspired the Catalan giants to a dominant first-half performance at the Etihad Stadium, but Aguero handed the Premier League champions a lifeline with a well-taken strike after the break.
Any hopes of a comeback on the night were dealt a blow when Gael Clichy was shown a second yellow card, but Aguero believes that the tie is not over heading into the second leg at Camp Nou next month.
"It's not the result we wanted but the tie is still unfinished. And as usual we'll fight 'til the end. C'mon, City!" the Argentine wrote on Twitter after the match.
Aguero's compatriot Lionel Messi spurned the chance to make things more comfortable for Barca by missing a penalty deep into second-half stoppage time.
