Italy manager Cesare Prandelli has insisted that and his team will show their support to Mario Balotelli if the Manchester City striker is racially abused during Euro 2012.
The 21-year-old frontman recently claimed that he would walk off the pitch if he was the subject of racism during the competition in Poland and Ukraine.
"In the case that Balotelli is a target of racial boos, we will all step out on the pitch from the bench," said Prandelli. "We will do something for Mario should that case arise."
The fears over racism and violence in Eastern Europe have been highlighted in recent months, which has caused the families of England duo Theo Walcott and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain to opt against travelling to watch their next of kin in the tournament.
