Man City injury, suspension news and return dates for Wolves clash: De Bruyne, Ake, Rodri, Bobb

Sports Mole rounds up Manchester City's injury and suspension news ahead of their Premier League clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday.

Seeking to preserve their unbeaten start in the Premier League, Manchester City travel to Molineux to face basement club Wolverhampton Wanderers on Sunday afternoon.

The Citizens have won five and drawn two of their opening seven top-flight fixtures so far this season, most recently beating Fulham 3-2 on home soil prior to the international break.

Pep Guardiola's side currently sit second in the Premier League table and, at the time of writing, are level on points with third-placed Arsenal, while they are just one point behind early leaders Liverpool.

Here, Sports Mole rounds up Man City's latest injury and suspension news ahead of the contest with Gary O'Neil's side.

Possible return date: Unknown

Man City will be without influential midfielder Rodri for the rest of the season after he suffered knee ligament damage in a 2-2 draw with Arsenal last month.

Oscar Bobb

Possible return date: Unknown

Oscar Bobb sustained a fracture to a bone in his leg during a training session in August and was ruled out for between three and four months, meaning he could be ready to return towards the end of this year.

Kevin De Bruyne

Possible return date: October 20 vs. Wolves

Kevin De Bruyne has missed Man City's last five matches with a groin injury, but Guardiola suggested earlier this month that the playmaker could be ready to return after October's international break.
