Adam Johnson has signed a contract extension with Manchester City until 2015, according to Sky Sports News.
The England international has reportedly been in discussions with the club over the last few months regarding a new long-term deal, despite his previous agreement still having over two years to run.
The 24-year-old winger has made 50 appearances for City since joining from Middlesbrough in January 2010.
He has found his starting lineup chances limited at times this season, leading some to link him with a loan move away from the Etihad Stadium.
