Mario Balotelli allegedly damages the away dressing room at Anfield following his red card in Manchester City's 1-1 draw with Liverpool.

Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has allegedly caused damage to the away dressing room at Anfield after his side's 1-1 draw with Liverpool.

The Italian was sent off during the match for two yellow cards, the second coming after he was adjudged to have elbowed Reds defender Martin Skrtl.

The door to the dressing room at the ground has been damaged, according to BBC Sport.

The 21-year-old was also seen to storm off on his own after the match.

The point has kept City five points clear of local rivals Manchester United.
