Guardiola: 'City job won't distract me'

Bayern Munich boss Pep Guardiola has insisted that he will not be distracted by his future job at Manchester City.

The Spanish coach will take over at the Etihad Stadium in the summer, replacing Manuel Pellegrini.

Guardiola has agreed a three-year deal with the two-time Premier League champions, but his main focus is to finish the season with Bayern.

"I have already told you why I am going to England," Guardiola said in Friday's press conference. "You've got to trust me. I can't come here every day and talk about it.

"I am like a woman, I can multitask! I can control both situations. I can think about both situations. It's not a problem. I have a big talent for this."

In two seasons at Bayern, Guardiola has won the Bundesliga title twice, the DFB-Pokal, the UEFA Super Cup and the Club World Cup.
