Adam Johnson hits out at Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini?

Adam Johnson reportedly gets into an angry exchange with Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini after the winger was left out of the side's starting lineup against Chelsea on Sunday.

Manchester City winger Adam Johnson could have played his last game for the North-West club after reportedly angrily confronting manager Roberto Mancini.

The England international, who is due to feature for the Three Lions in Wednesday's friendly against Italy, has had a question mark over his future due to his failure to secure a regular starting spot with the Premier League champions.

It is understood that Johnson aired his frustrations at his Italian boss ahead of Sunday's 3-2 win over Chelsea after he was snubbed from the starting lineup for the Community Shield clash, according to the Daily Star.

While Liverpool have been linked with a move for the 25-year-old, reports have claimed that Everton are favourites to snap up with winger on a season-long loan.
