Stefan Savic looks to "decisive" Man Utd showdown

Manchester City defender Stefan Savic claims that his side's match with Manchester United next month will be "decisive" in the Premier League title race.

Manchester City defender Stefan Savic has claimed that his side's match with Manchester United next month will be "decisive" in the Premier League title race.

City, who are currently two points ahead of their local rivals at the top of the table, host United at the Etihad Stadium on Monday, April 30.

"We are following their games and results much more in the Premier League rather than in the Europe League," Savic told Serbian website B92.

"We are trying to stay focused on our game in both competitions. Anyway, they are the ones who have to wait for our flop, but with every win we are step closer to the Premier League title.

"The match between us and them will be the decisive one."

Savic has played 12 times for City this season following his summer move from Partizan Belgrade.
